Dear Tikkun Collective,
Nefesh is in conversation with LA Voice about collaborating with a broad multi-faith coalition for local and statewide social justice work. This would be in areas that align with our values – housing justice, immigration justice, incarceration justice, and racial justice. We will be sharing specific opportunities when they arise so please stay tuned!
In the meantime, please join us for Shabbat this Friday 2/5 with Bend the Arc. We will have oneg afterward to reflect on why we do justice work and what sustains and inspires us. Please see details below and flyer attached.
This Friday, February 5 at Nefesh Shabbat services at 7 pm we will be joined by guests from Bend the Arc: Jewish Action, Southern California chapter, to hear about their work building a more just California. Bring an open heart and your drive for pursuing justice and try on something new among friends on Zoom.
