Spring Mussar with Rabbi Susan Goldberg

Faith! Trust! Responsibility! How we need to hold onto our deepest spritual values, the middot, in these times. We warmly welcome you to dive into the middot together in our Spring Mussar with Rabbi Susan. Mussar is Jewish wisdom perspective and a discipline of spiritual PRACTICES centered on our deepest values. This series will focus on Emunah, Faith, Bitachon Trust, Achreyut Responsibility and more. Together we will learn, come to deeper awareness about our lives and engage in specific practices. This series is specifically designed for those who have studied Mussar before and those who have not. There will be an orientation for those who are new. You are welcome to invite others in your life who are needing a compass in these overwhelming times! Rabbi Susan’s brings her feminist, queer, and embodied approach to this wisdom tradition and spiritual discipline focused on growth and transformation within our inner lives, relationships, communities, and the world around us.

We meet in person in Eagle Rock and on Zoom on the first Sunday of the month starting in February from 10:45am-12:00pm. For Spring Mussar, we ask that participants commit to the full series, so we are not able to accommodate requests to join after the February 23rd class.
